Name, email, service and a description of the need; organisation is optional. We use these to understand and respond to your enquiry. We do not request identity documents or payment details.
Access and purpose
Requests go to an authorised internal inbox managed by the establishment. We use Vercel to host the site, Resend to deliver the request message and Google mail to hold the inbox; these providers may process data outside Saudi Arabia. Form information is not sent to traffic analytics.
Retention and deletion
We delete enquiries that do not lead to a contract within 90 days of the last contact through periodic inbox review, unless retention is legally required. Contractual records and retention periods are addressed in the relevant agreement.
Your rights and contact
The controller is registered under the Arabic legal name مؤسسة الكسار الرقمية. You can request access, correction, deletion or withdrawal of consent through the service enquiry form on this site by writing “Privacy request” in the description. We respond within 30 days.
Cookies and measurement
The public site sets no marketing cookies and loads no external analytics in this release. Hosting retains technical security and diagnostic logs. Administration, if used, has separate authentication sessions.
