Before contracting
An enquiry creates no contract or payment obligation. Work starts only under a written quote identifying the legal parties, scope, deliverables, inputs, timing and price.
VAT
The establishment is not currently registered for VAT. Listed prices are net, no VAT is added and no tax invoices are issued. If registration changes, this page and new quotes are updated before contracting.
Delivery and revisions
Timing starts after inputs and scope approval. Packages include two consolidated revision rounds within scope. Additions are quoted and agreed in writing; changed inputs or scope can affect timing.
Payments and costs
Milestones are 50% at kickoff and 50% at preview acceptance before launch. Domain, hosting and tool charges are separately disclosed before commitment. The website does not collect payments.
Cancellation and refunds
Work may be stopped by written request. Completed work and approved third-party costs are reconciled under the contract and applicable statutory rights; any unearned balance is refunded. No term overrides mandatory legal rights.
Support and care
The package includes 30 days of fixes for defects in delivered scope. Optional monthly care covers one hour of updates and a monthly check and may be cancelled before renewal. There is no 24/7 response commitment.
Content and ownership
Clients provide assets they are entitled to use. The agreement defines deliverable ownership, component licences, subscriptions and reuse rights. Work is published as a case study only with permission.
